Remember now this is just my version and it may not help others. Many of the House family reunion is often Washington D.C. or North Carolina. I have a few scattered relatives: two families in Texas, two families in California, and one in New Jersey. So, if I can get at least two representatives from each area and they can keep updates on special items and email it to that one person; then th at one person can compile it and at a convenient time send it as an email and the person can make a few copies and just hand them out at a convenient time. Sound okay? As a note: in North Carolina many of the family members live within a few miles from each other; some others live in other parts of North Carolina, and yet are close enough to get the messages.
