The cousins from my generation did a cousin's dinner between Nov-Dec. We only ended up inviting my grandmothers grandchildren. One person started it at her house and it was potluck with her keeping a list of what each person was bringing. Since it was near the holidays we did more finger food then real big meals. We had a ball. Playing old songs, doing dances from our time. Remembering our parents when they were our age and not on their high horses about our parenting skills, etc
