I also would like some help or suggestions with putting together a letter to send to companies to ask them to donate supplies for our family reunion. If there is anyone who could forward me a sample copy of what should be included in this type of letter, I would greatly appreciate it. I have a few thoughts, but not enough to get it in a letter form. I just need something to get me started in the right direction. All ideas will be helpful.
