Best way.....Much depends on the reunion location, size and form of the tree. I don't think there is a single "best way".

Here is what we did one year at our Adams Family reunion. We had enough room and tables to show the tree. We could have taped it to a wall, but this allowed up close inspection and also additions to be written in at their proper postion.
