microsoft now has microsoft office live for small business. You need a credit card but there is no fee. Templates are limited but it requires no html, you get your own website name without the additioanl advertising. You can add google ads etc. Yet it doesnt have stuff like a guestbook maps, chatrooms, etc although you can find many of this stuff online for free with and without ads.
