All of these sound like great ideas. Would your puzzle have a time limit? Would it be done as an icebreaker or would you pass them out and give people a day or two to complete them?

Actually, we used gift certificates ($10 or $15, can't remember which amount) at one of our past reunions. I personally think that they are great. I'd rather have a $10 or $15 gift certificate to Wal-Mart (or Picadilly's Cafeteria) versus someone giving me a plastic pen holder. (smile)
