Are their other committee members that you may contact. I know with our reunion we have at least six members of the committee that anyone can contact. Mainly because some of them work and some don't. So if you can't reach one, you can at least reach someone else. Also, with our family reunion we have a family history person who is charge of connecting any new or unfamilar family members. It makes it a lot easier for those who are unsure if we are all part of the same family get information that shows the connection.
