I agree with Melvin, keep your speech shorter, rather than longer. Usually, it's much better to leave folks wanting more than to give them more than they want.
Also, I'd come to the reunion armed with all of my "sources". Being able to cite your sources will make your research that much more 'believeable' (because someone may cite 'family oral history' saying something different than what you present).
Based on what you wrote, here, you may end-up becoming the official family historian...a very important position! Even if there are other family members doing research, everyone will benefit because you'll all be able to compare notes.
Good for you for accepting the challenge. The butterflies you're feeling will probably help you do a better presentation. Tape yourself if you have the equipment, and time your presentation. That way, you'll know what you sound like, and be able to make adjustments before your big day.
