For the past 5 years, The Diabetes Association of Greater Cleveland has provided diabetes awareness packet for distribution at family reunions. Planners can contact us and receive 1 packet of information for each family attending the reunion. In 2004, we prvided 3100 packets of information to 60 reunions.
