The past few weeks have been filled with talk of the 10th anniversary of the Sept 11th attacks.

However on a more pleasing note, this past Saturday marked the 5 month anniversary of the first post on the African American Newspapers Forum--an anniversary worth celebrating!

Time certainly passes quickly. During the past 5 months, 158 posts have been made by 49 different posters on 53 different topics. In addition, there have been 5,505 views, and 1,980 user profiles are associated with the forum. It is enough to make a Forum Manager smile.

Thanks to everyone who takes the time to interact within the forum and especially those who actually post items for others to read and benefit from.

Let's keep our foot on the gas, and the ball rolling!
