So sorry, I don't know if there was another draft board, I just started researching my family 6 months ago, so I'm not aware of all the resources yet

I got this list from the 1998 Archives of the Allegheny County rootsweb and figured that newbies like myself might not have seen it. It seems like this is a complete list for Allegheny County (excluding Pittsburgh) because the people who put it toghether had a color coded map of all the draft boards.

Maybe the City of Pittsburgh draft boards include part of McKeesport and you should look under Pittsburgh. I tried to look at the Pitssburgh draft boards on Ancestry.com and gave up because I didn't have a map.
