I am interested to find out if James Edward GOINS (the brother of Walker GOINS) who is enumerated in the 1850 Muskingum County, Ohio census at 4 and enumerated at 14 as EDWARD with his father, mother, brothers and sisters in the 1860 Belmont County, Ohio Census is the same James E. GOINS so mentioned on the CWSS site.

Again, the reason I posted here was to find a soldier number associated with both persons to order their records to confirm one way or the other.
