Am not sure about WWI, but that's the right amount for the Civil War records. The preference is actually that you give a credit card number-and they will bill. That would also save you the question of exact funds if it's different than 37.00. You can call them and ask, if that won't work. I've always gotten really nice, helpful folks when I call.
