On bounty records, contact the Pennsylvania archives in Harrisburg (717-783-3281). They have the original records for Pennsylvania regiments. I have never seen bounty records, but then again, I have never looked for bounty records, and they may be there.

The staff there is extremely knowledgeable and should be able to provide direction.
