I am interested in 15th USCT. I know of an old grave marker for Dan'l McClain dated 1911 in a field with "15th USCT Co. K" inscribed on the marker. Havent been able to find out much about this unit. I have a picture of the gravestone (I took recently) and have seen a picture of the 1911 funeral service for him that was on the interent. I would like to know how the unit was formed, what they did, where from, etc.
