Is there any record or information out there about James Armstrong ever signing up to the draft board? James was born in Burgaw Pendar County, North Carolina March 25, 1920. If he enlisted, he may have been rejected because of a bad burn in s fire when he was younger. If there is a record of him applying for entrance in the service which would have been WW11, please notify me at this forum. Thank you in advance.
