I'm reviewing a few old man's draft cards and I'm trying to locate some key information that may lead to other records. Any assistance would be appreciated.

My card is that of Scott Elude Washington born March 2, 1887 in Adams county, MS and living in Detroit, MI. He indicated that he was working for the WPA at that time (1942). There is no information on the card such as SSN or ID number that I find would help me locate him in other federal records.
