Thanks so much for reminding me of the Southern Claims Commission. I am wondering, if indeed there is any further record, if it would be located here.
Kentucky was one of the states that did not secede from the Union (along with Missouri, Delaware and Maryland). If a state didn't secede, do you think some of their records might still be housed with the Southern Claims Commission?
