In the photo of Airmen who were trained at Selfridge Field, Mi is Lt. Wayne V. Liggins.

Wayne is found on the 1930 Census for Greene County, Ohio living on Church Street in Xenia, OH as an 11 y/o with his grandmother, Mrs. Mary F. Smith.
