To Art Thomas,
Your website was done very well, and while browsing thru your website, I came across a surname Bray, are these Bray from North Carolina? and if so which Part? I notice that there were a lot of blanks in the ancestry part, I know of Bray in North Carolina. Could you tell me where are these Bray's from.
Thanks for the compliment on the website.
The Bray's shown in my family tree originate from a family line that migrated into Ohio from NC, probably from the Northampton/Halifax county areas.
The Tapley Bray in this tree was the son of a Henry Bray & Mary Fowles (sp), both from the VA/NC border area, Tapley was born in Ohio ca 1835. There are are a significant number of Bray's found in the Clinton, Greene & Clark Counties of Ohio (southwest) from the 1830's forward.
The "blanks" you note are for living Bray descendants. I chose to include the names of the living to reflect lineage, but not to display their vital information or photos. The question marks (????) indicate more research is needed.
