And again in 1816, listed as counsellor at law.
Listed in Charleston Directory and Stranger’s Guide, for the year
1816; including the Neck to the Six Mile house.

I am having trouble finding him before these dates, though I do find an Alexander Cheves in 1800 Charleston..
Was wondering if anyone knows anything about this Langston Cheves, or anything about the area of the "Neck to the Six Mile house" part of Charleston, SC.. ?
