This is way past the period I research, but Micagy was probably from the Shoecraft/ Shewcraft family that is on my site and lived in Indiana. I do not know how the Illinois family is connected to the one in Indiana. The one in Indiana descended from William Shewcraft and wife Bicey Nickens. They had grandchildren Jeremiah and Henrietta. Jeremiah had a grandson John D. Shewcraft. Mrs. Verna Shewcraft put his photo on my site.
