I am interested in Maria Adams from information sent by a cousin. Maria Adams is in a Maryland census with a son of the same name and age as my great grandfather's brother.

I keep a separate datbase of persons (slaves) whose names are the same or similar to my ancestors and of whom I have not found a connection. Experience has taught me to hang on to information. While I did not find anything on the Adams you named, I did find something I wrote concerning a Henry Delany. The Henry Delany I have is a slaveholder listed in the 1800 Census.
