Hi Deloris,
My husband's Copelands were from Nansemond Co., VA. They are descended from Rosetta Copeland born around 1822. Her granddaughter, Eva Copeland who married John Thomas Weaver lived in Hertford Co., NC. Do you think there is a connection between the 2 families?
