Re: Ohio Libraries-Tips
In Response To: Ohio Libraries-Tips ()
Hello Jane, You are right on the money about Libraries in some of our smaller towns, especially Ohio. A couple of other small towns with "treasures" are (1) the Green Room at the Green County Public Library in Xenia, Ohio and (2) the Hayner House in Troy, Ohio. Both have extensive records not only for their county, but the State of Ohio. They know their inventory are are always looking to expand on their holdings, especially as related to African American materials. BTW, in your research for Cambridge and Guernsey County, Ohio did you run across the surnames of ANDERSON, BARRETT and/or PAGE? Art Thomas Messages In This Thread
