I have some info on the Donegans in Iowa City. I currently live there. They did play a prominant role in the AME Church her. Bethel AMe WAS ESTABLISHED AND IS STILL STANDING AND i AM A MEMBER. lOTTIE/lUTIE doNEGAN CONTRIBUTED AND MOST of the initial history of the church in the 1920s. Some of my info is merely from the "dollar roll" lists in the AME conference books.
