No I haven't found anything for him earlier than that date. I'm glad you found something when you visited the courthouse. I was there last month, for the first time, but couldn't get help to show me where things were, and then when I finally found something, couldn't get anythig copied. So I need to go back when I have a day or two to learn the system there. In Norfolk City, everything is out in the open and self-served, even the copying, once you set up an account with the clerk of the court.
