You can also try to call the Louisiana State Library (Baton Rouge). There may even be a copy (somewhere) in Baton Rouge. If so, the librarians are very helpful and will let you know if copies can be sent.

In all, the microfilm is what you may want to order / rent. Then you can look at the records yourself (it's a very large collection).
