Thank you for the info. I'm going to purchase this book. I don't have a complete understanding of the era my great-greats and the like but I'm getting there. It's like I'm geting re-educated in our history. I just talked to a librarian in TN he told me about a book called "Soaking the yule log" by Katie Brown- Bennett that might have reference to my family. It was written about this lady ancestors.
