This list of names is taken from the 1816 Adams County tax roll. There maybe some errors, the ink is very faded in places.
There are other F.P.O.C. in Adams County. I have listed those that are clearly marked F.P.O.C., others are listed by number, with a free white male or female. The free white person's name is given and not the F.P.O.C.'s name. That is why I listed only those that are clearly F.P.O.C. I have posted this in an effort to help other researchers, do not take it as documented proof, please do your own research and documentation. If I can look up something for you I will be happy to try.
