FPOC's & Occupations

It would be interesting to note the various occupations and locations of FPOC's in our family lines. Many are simply listed as Farmer or Laborer, but there were also many with a trade or skill. One occupation noted in my family research is that of Barber.

Here is a listing of some ancestors, with the area where they practiced the trade of Barbering.

David Adams (1826-1913) Findlay, Hancock Co., OH
Isaac Adams (1825-1855) Springfield, Clark Co., OH
Francis Adams (1832-????) Bellefontaine, Logan Co., OH
George Adams (1869-1941) DeGraff, Logan Co., OH
Abram Reno (1823-bet.1870-1880) Saginaw, Saginaw Co., MI
Francis Reno (1815-1852) Iowa City, Johnson Co., IA
Joseph Reno (1813-bet. 1870-1880) Medina, Medina Co., OH
William Reno (1827-1887) Urbana, Champaign Co., OH

The Adams men are g-children of 'Grandma Reno' & the Reno men are her children. Grandma Reno had a relatively long period of bearing children :), 30 years from 1800 to 1830.

A short bio for each may found in the My Family History section on my Home Page.
