I had that microfilm back in 2006 and transcribed it and put it online at the NCGenWeb Archives, which is what you saw.
That microfilm was extremely light, some sections were faded to the point that it looked like there was nothing on the page and even after greatly enlarging it, it was impossible to read in some places.
There was an earlier thread sometime last year from another person who on one of these Forums, can't recall which one, who had parts of a similar record from another source, and it contained some of the same info. We discussed it a bit and apparently some of the info from her source was a bit more legible since we compared notes and was able to fill in some details that were not legible on the copy I originally had.
You may be able to find the message by doing a search, I'm just not sure what the subject was, though.
