Ok I finally located the 1835 Texas State Wide Census page and went thru all of it and did NOT find any Carr there at that time, (My Goins were in Bevil Dist, Jasper Co)...but went to 1850 Fed Census and there are a few Carr families listed with members born KY and members born LA..

A William Carr born LA 1795 is there

His wife Jane Carr was born KY..born 1799
Kids are:
Elizabeth M Carr 18
Henry S Carr 17
Nancy A Carr 15
Sarah K Carr 13
Lydia M Carr 11
Robert Isaac Carr 8
and assuming below is maybe Jane's grandmother?
Rachel Osburn 79

There is also an "Ozbirn" married into my Goins..
