I'm looking for the 1860 slave schedule entry in St. Landry Parish for a Louis Balthazar or Balthzaran, a free man of color. He is my great-great-great grandmothers oldest brother. Sometimes he uses Louis Rideau. Balthazar was the name of his father, a freed slave.
