You don't have to tell me about Scrapple. I moved to Chicago in 1982 from Baltimore. And everytime I go home, I search for Scrapple, buy 2-3 bars, freeze it, and bring it back to Chicago. You just can't find it here. You fry it so that the edges are crisp. And that's goooood eating!! I wish I could find someone who would regularly send me some, along with blue crabs. You don't get either of them here.
