Collins Cemetery has not been used since the early 1900's. Many markers have been broken and vandalized over the years. The Van Buren Township Trustees of Shelby County, Ohio have collected the remains of those markers and stacked them around the remaining standing marker.

This cemetery is located near what was the village of Rumley, Ohio. Rumley was a settlement of FPOC founded ca 1835.
