I've heard of a similar name Ximenes in Brazil or Jamaica (it could be influenced by sephardic /portugal history) You may also want to look into other Portuguese speaking countries! & check under Ximinez in Latin America, Mexico or the Spanish speaking Caribbean. Good Luck!
