I doubt that there is any relation unless the Shirley's in your family came from Jamaica. My entire family is from Jamaica with the expection of my grandfather who was born in Cuba and raised in Jamaica. As far as I know my relatives who are not in the U.S, Canada or England all reside in Jamaica and haven't relocated to any other island.
