I know the John C. Calhoun Family had several slave Plantations.
Bath Plantation(Fort Hill), Millwood Plantation, Midway Plantation, Keowce Plantation.
There were 2 slaves at Bath Plantation (Fort Hill) -Mennemin and her husband Polydore from Africa--they were called the first African-American Calhouns by the John C. Calhoun Family.
Also there is talk that there was Native American among the listed Calhoun Family below.
I am looking for the tie African-American Calhoun Family and the Plantation that they were from.
They lived in Union Springs, Bollock County, Alabama moved to Morgantown, WV

***Louise Troxler's father was Thomas Troxler b. in VA and lived in Beaver Falls, PA his wife was Sallie Keys born SC. Sallie's mother was Minnie Keys born SC.
Louise died 1937/1938 in Wellsburg,Brooke County, WV
