Is the family you found in 1900 the family that Ancestry has indexed as "anthon ??ams" That was the only family in Monroe county that matched. If you look at the image it looks like Arthe? age 23. So between 1900 and 1910 census her age varies from 1877 to about 1879 or so. I looked at Caldwell families in 1880 and didn't see anything that could match.
