Yes, apparently, there is no gravestone or head marker. The list of people buried in that hospital cemetery was compiled back in 1928, though. Even if there was never a gravestone, her name should have been on the patient roster with a cause of death. But her death cert clearly states she died in that particular state mental hospital. Her grave (and many others there) was simply neglected and the plot is sunken in. That's the only evidence of anyone being buried in that spot.
