Hello. I noticed that you wondered if anyone had done a film about Zora Neale Hurston. There is a 90 minute film (based on a stage play)called "Zora is my Name" that Ruby Dee, Louis Gossett, Bea Richards, and a few other people did in 1990. It's very good and taken from Zora's own words (Dustracks and Mules & Men, primarily).
Many libraries carry the film.
