Pulaski Graduate a Foster Success Story
Tarrance Horton has spent most of his life in foster care.

As Tarrance Horton strode across the stage and reached for his diploma Friday night, his foster parents hollered his name and threw their hands in the air.

Graduating from Pulaski County High School was not just Horton's success, but also the success of Eyvonne and Huston Spencer, who have helped raise Horton since he was 3 months old.
