I am looking for connections to the Lacys of Halifax County, Virginia during the 1800's. Cities are Halifax and South Boston, VA. The McCraw line was supposed to have been holders of slaves from which came Mary McCraw (b. abt.1830),Armstead Lacy (b.abt.1816),Annie Bettie Lacy (b.abt.1865) ,Stanhope Lacy (b 1885),Nora Yancy (b.1883),Elijah McPhail (b. 1897).
