Am happy to announce that the research I've done on my ROBERTS and WEAVER family from Loudoun County VA - is now being used as part of the effort by the Friends of the Balch Library to teach AA history, and genealogy in the schools in VA.

I can't emphasize enough the impartance of getting involved with historical societies, libraries - and sharing your research. What was a personal effort on my part to document my family has now become part of an effort to get young people interested in their history - and I thank the Balch Friends for including my research. None of this would have happened for me without the support of Afrigeneas on my journey.
