Researching for a friend who was adopted. Her birth father's name was Frank Washing born c1930 father also a Frank Washington. Very little information. Possibly b in Virginia and lived in Philadelphia. Was a mechanic in USAF. We have been looking for him for 5 years so if there is anybody out there who could share any info we would be very grateful.
