Stacy enslaved families went by the owners' last name (whatever his name). Whether the slave owner is the father of one of the family members or not, means nothing (no marriage).
It was not uncommon for Native Americans in the Creek nation to marry Black women, but at least their marriage was acknowledged on census cards.
But, remember freedmen or by blood, both were citizens of the Creek nation in order to receive land. The Dawes Roll is made up of citizens (e.g. Creek).
Today only one part of the Dawes Rolls is used particularly for the by bloods. Find an ancestor on the by blood roll and you can apply for citizenship.
