Re: Analysis of Cherokee Employee Buzzard

I apologize for the misunderstanding. I thought the issues were regarding the Cherokee Nation not the Cherokee race! But then Cherokee is not a race is it? Itís a nation. The definition of a nation is: A people who share common customs, origins, history and often language. Just like Western civilization is made up of diverse races, we are still considered the same origin because of the way we live together. Check your history and dictionary! A Nation is ďnotĒ determined by race. March 3, 2007 was a very sad day for the Cherokee Nation in expelling the "Freedmen". Like my grandfather once said many years ago, "there are no more Indians on the Reservations, that has been taken away from us as well". He said the leaders will be educated fools. I didn't understand what he meant then but I do now. He said that over 50 years ago.
