Littleberry Ambrose Ellis (1827-1896) - he died 1896. I belive he owned my 3rd ggf Abram Ellis, they family Ellis are from Bowie Texas. You post stated Wm Ellis inherited Littleberry's slave and you found a slave name Abram on documents. Ive tried to find that particular record and was not able to find it, its highly possible the Abram you mentioned and Oney is my ancestors. Please send me info where I can find that actual slave records with those names
