I am extremely interested in any research that you have done and also know of other Thompson kin who are also researching Emerson Thompson and family. Also researching a possible connection between ELBERT THOMPSON, who was born in Tennessee in 1825, and WILLIAM J. THOMPSON, who was born in Tennessee in about 1881 and was in the 1920 Lincoln Co., OK census.
